Today I'm going to give a brief insight of our ebay store. That's right not only do we have  www.coinmerc.com, but we also offer a store on Ebay. 

One of the neat features of the ebay store is "Buyer Protection". Ebay is known for offering a store that provides hassle-free protection. As an example, say you purchase an item and that item never gets delivered to you or even its not the item you thought it was. The first option would be to report your issue to the seller and see if the issue can be resolved. If not, then that is when Ebay steps in with "Buyer Protection". If after 7 days and if determined in your favor, Ebay will refund the cost of your purchase plus shipping. 

Another great feature of Ebay is the community involved within the store. Every seller has ratings and a majority of transactions are given feedback by the Buyer. Example, in the last twelve months CoinMercantileExchange has received over 150 positive feedback ratings, 2 neutral ratings and 0 negative ratings. As a Buyer you can see this on our listings and every other Seller on ebay, which in my own personal opinion is the deciding factor when it comes to different merchants offering the same item.
